All muscles, bones, nerves and organs of the body are surrounded by connective tissues called fascia. When we hold a lot of tension in our bodies, most of it is stored in the fascia. This treatment can help with: Pain and tension relief Structural alignment Without physical manipulation but through energetic communication with the body, the fascia (connective tissue) releases all tension and alignment can happen. A great choice of treatment for people who have a very low pain threshold or struggle with deep tension. We offer MYOFASCIAL RELEASE as a 60min treatment on its own or in conjunction with a massage treatment.
